You can renew your subscription at any time and select the preferred start date for your package.
During Christmas, Easter, and Summer holidays, all active packages will be extended for the number of days the studio remains closed. This extension does not apply to public holidays.
All packages are valid for 30 days from the chosen start date, except for the Single Credit option, which is valid for 7 days.
Credits are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be carried over to another user or future period. Unused credits will automatically expire at the end of their validity period.

If a class is fully booked, you may add yourself to the waiting list. In case of a cancellation, a text message will be sent to confirm that you have been successfully added to the class.
When joining the waiting list, please ensure you have available credits in your account. If there are no available credits, you will not be automatically added to the class in case of a cancellation.

You may cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the scheduled class time. If you cancel within this period, no credit will be deducted.
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the class start time will result in the loss of the corresponding credit.
Please ensure that push notifications are enabled, as important updates and announcements will be sent through the app.

All purchases are final. Endless Flow Pilates Studio operates under a no refund or return policy. Subscriptions, packages, and credits cannot be refunded, exchanged, or extended beyond their validity period, except in cases of verified technical or administrative error.
